Massage is a form of soft tissue manipulation aimed at reducing and rebalancing tension of the soft tissues of the body. This includes muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a type of connective tissue that encases other soft tissues). We offer a range of Massage techniques, please see below.

Meet The Therapists
Kim
Sports Massage Therapist
Kim Bennett came to join us at C4PH in 2020. She is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and also has a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. Prior to this, Kim worked as a journalist for many years with a special interest in exercise and nutrition.
Kim has an active and sporty lifestyle outside of C4PH – competing in running events and taking on new challenges, ultramarathons, rock climbing & kayaking to name a few! Other joys in life are time with her partner, family and grandson, and she’s also a self confessed foodie, relaxing by cooking up treats!
Gemma
Complementary Therapist
Gemma Price graduated in 2017 with her BSc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies. She has since worked alongside health practitioners within the NHS and in a local Hospice. Gemma joined us at C4PH in 2022 and offers Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage.
Gemma has enjoyed many travel adventures, and now loves exploring all the beauty that Shropshire has to offer at the weekends with her family. She is also enjoying teaching her children how to grow their own food and cook.
